BULEMBO TRADERS LIMITED is a private company established in 2014. It was formed by initiative group of people with long experience in the field of Imports and Exports with the objective of running clearing and forwarding activities through air, sea, road, railways and transit services.

The Company is registered by BRELA and is incorporated under the companies’ act 2002 and that, the company is limited with certificate of incorporation number 111021, and therefore is licensed to carry on the business of Clearing and Forwarding with a business license number B3112982.

BULEMBO TRADERS LIMITED also operate as an insurance Agent providing insurance services to ensure its customers’ goods are fully insured during the course of importation and exportation from overseas and within the country; hence, the company is also licensed to carry on the business of insurance services with business license number B 2924968 issued by Ilala Municipality. BULEMBO TRADERS LIMITED we are also Tax payers with TIN 125-087-248.

Directors and shareholders of the company are Shahida Adam Ntimba and Ashirafu Abdulmarick Byabato. Shares being divided equally each with 500 shares. Each share represents ordinary shares of Tshs 1000 with the power of the company to increase or reduce the nominal capital set.

The company is a going concern entity with the vision to expand its networks all over the country and beyond the country. In a near future, the Company is willing to establish transportation services to cater for transport problems to our customers who offload their goods from Dar es Salaam port to inland destinations etc. The company so far will create vast employment opportunities to Tanzanians and undergo in line with the Government program on poverty alleviation.

The Company undertakes and ensures that, securities of customers’ goods imported or exported and other properties are at high level. We will always advise our customers appropriately the right way on insuring their properties upon arrival by using Insurance Agency established by our company. We will also keep on updating our customers on custom Tariffs and foreign exchange rates during the course of business to avoid inflation and losses.

We will keep on offering affordable rates or reasonable prices for services to be rendered to our customers as compared to our competitors. Our Company ensures that all complaints and queries from customers or partners in businesses are promptly resolved in a given time frame so as to maintain good relationships with our customers.

We are registered and certified company based in Dar es salaam, mainly providing Clearing and forwarding services as well Insurance Agent.
